لا تنسونا من الدعاء

تعيين الشيخ أبي بكر الزيلعي واليا على ولاية جوبا
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على نبيه الكريم وعلى آله وصحبه والتابعين لهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين و بعد:-
بعد أن سيطر إخوانكم في حركة الشباب المجاهدين على كثير من الأقاليم الصومالية و فتحوا جبهات واسعة في بقية مناطق البلاد و أثخنوا في العدو أيما إثخان و كسروا شوكته و أرغموا أنفه في الوحل و الطين، بدأت ثمار جهادهم تتساقط تساقطا حرا، فانقاد كثير من القبائل للتحاكم إلى شرع الله الحنيف، و فض النزاعات وفق ما تقتضيه أحكام ديننا السمحة.
و كان لشيوخ عشائر مناطق جوبا قصب السبق و نصيب الأسد في الرضوخ لشرع الله الحكيم، فاستضافوا المجاهدين في أقاليمهم و رفعوا الغطاء القبلي عن كل من يرتكب الجرائم بحقوق المسلمين، فشن المجاهدون حملة واسعة النطاق على حواجز قطاع الطرق إلى أن وصلوا إلى مشارف مدينة كسمايو ( ثالث أكبر وأهم المدن الصومالية) فارتعدت فرائص المدعو "بري هيرالي" أحد أركان حكومة الردة، فجيـّش حفنة من قطاع الطرق المارقين و شنّ حربا على المجاهدين إلا أن الله نصر جنده و أعز أوليائه و انتهت المعركة بهزيمة! المجرمين و فرار كبيرهم من المدينة و سقوطها على أيدي إخوانكم المجاهدين .
لذا قرر أمير الحركة الشيخ مختار أبو الزبير - حفظه الله - بعد استشارة أعضاء مجلس الشورى تعيين الشيخ أبي بكر الزيلعي واليا لولاية جوبا و عاصمتها كسمايو، و جاء هذا التعيين للأسباب التالية: -
1- عملا بقول الله تعالى ( الذين إن مكناهم في الأرض أقاموا الصلاة و آتوا الزكاة و أمروا بالمعروف ونهوا عن المنكر ولله عاقبة الأمور).
2- حفظا لدماء الشهداء و الجرحى من الضياع.
3- حراسة للفضيلة و صونـًا لعقيدة المسلمين من الإنحراف.
4- سدا للفراغ الأمني و الإداري الذين نشئا بعد هزيمة المرتدين.
5- تحقيقا لمقاصد الجهاد من التحاكم إلى شرع الله و تعبيد البشر لخالقهم.
6- استفادة من التجارب الماضية التي كان فيها المجاهدون يغرسون الثمار و يروُونها بدمائهم ثم يقطفها المتسلقون بدماء الشهداء.
7- حيلولة دون وصول سراق الجهود إلى مراكز صنع قرارات الجهاد.
وأخيرا نبشر شعبنا الصومالي و أمتنا المسلمة على هذا النصر المؤزر و نرجوا من الله أن يديم لنا الظفر و التكمين كما ندعوه أن يجعل كسمايو لبنة و أساسا و منطلقا لتحرير البلاد و العباد من المحتلين و المرتدين إنه ولي ذلك والقادر عليه.
